Is there Wi-Fi?: Yes for free, Wi-Fi service is available poolside, in guest rooms, meeting room and the restaurant. Network name: Los Arboles Guest. Contact front desk for current password.

How many people can stay in a room? Maximum two people for Expanded Express, Express, Fireplace, and Petite rooms. Los Arboles Suite and El Mirasol Jr. Suite can sleep maximum 4 people. All of our rooms have one bed and we do not offer roll-away beds. We do not allow more than 2 guests per room with the exception of families traveling with small children.

When can I check in? 3:00pm
Can we check in early? Early check-ins are subject to availability. You are welcome to come in and register. We are more than happy to hold your luggage while you enjoy your day in Palm Springs. We notify guests if their room is available before 3pm on check-in day. 

What time is check out? 11:00am

What are your office hours? Our main office is open daily 9:00am to 5:00pm. 

What if I am arriving after 5pm?
For check in between 5:00pm and 9:00pm, visit our on-site restaurant, El Mirasol at Los Arboles. 

Looks like I won't be in until after 9pm.
If you are arriving after 9:00pm, please call the front desk before 5:00pm so that we can arrange and prepare for your late arrival. If you do not let us know we cannot prepare for you. 

What if I need to cancel my reservation? Contact us 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you let us know after the 72 hour period, you forfeit the deposit. This only applies to standard reservations, if you booked through a third party please see your reservations details with the third party you booked through. 

What credit cards do you accept?: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What is your deposit policy? Within 24 hours of booking you will be charged the cost of the first night including tax (12.5%) as a deposit. The remainder is charged on check in date. 

What are the pool rules?: 7:00am to 11:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised children will be asked to exit the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. Please use caution at all times. Outside food and beverage are not allowed poolside at any time. Guests with outside food and beverage at the pool will be asked to move their food and beverage to their rooms. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND POOL. For guest enjoyment, we provide food and beverage service throughout the entire property.

I lost my room key! Did you look everywhere? Due to the nature of our room keys you will be charged a $50 replacement fee. 

I'm a smoker!  Los Arboles is a 100% smoke free resort. Smoking is permitted in the parking areas and anywhere outside the walls of the property. Guests smoking on property will be asked to move to a designated smoking spot. Smoking inside any guest room will result in a $250, non-refundable and non negotiable cleaning fee because we have to take the room out of commission to disinfect, clean, and get the smell out of the room ):

Can I bring my pet?: Pets are not allowed at Los Arboles. A pet cleaning fee of $250 will apply to any rooms where pets have stayed (once again for cleaning).

I have an ADA animal. Your ADA animal is welcome.

What if there is a fire: Immediately call 911 in the event of any fire related emergency.

I'm thinking of bringing my valuables: We suggest you do not leave any valuables (cash, jewelry, travelers checks, etc.) in your room. Los Arboles cannot assume responsibility for stolen articles.

Security: Guest safety and security are of the utmost importance to the staff and management of Los Arboles. Please make sure to keep your door securely locked at all times whether you are in the room or not. Do not open your door to anyone you do not know or recognize. If you see any suspicious person or activity, please contact the front desk or call 911 immediately.

Guest Room Linens: Please do not use linens and towels for wine spills, make-up removal or other heavy cleaning. All guest rooms are provided with make-up removal wipes (additional wipes avaialbe upon request). If you have a spill we can provide you with cleaning assistance. There will a $25 charge for excessively dirty or make-up stained linens and towels.

Housekeeping: Extra blankets, pillows, towels, ironing boards are available. Contact the front desk to have these items delivered to your room.
