Guest Room Beds & Occupancy Policy: Los Arboles does not have any Double/Double bedded rooms. All of our rooms have one bed and we do not offer roll-away beds. We do not allow more than 2 guests per room with the exception of families traveling with small children.

Front Office Hours: Our main office is open daily 8:30am to 5:00pm. For check in between 5:00pm and 9:00pm, visit our on-site restaurant, El Mirasol at Los Arboles. If you are arriving after 9:00pm, please call the front desk before 5:00pm on the day of arrival so that we may give you a code to enter your room.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Deposit Policy: At time of booking, Los Arboles charges a one night deposit including occupancy tax (11.25%). Upon check in, the remainder of the stay is charged to the card used to make the reservation.

Lost Key Charge: $25 per lost key

Smoking: Los Arboles is a 100% smoke free resort. Smoking is permitted in the parking areas and anywhere outside the walls of the property. Guests smoking on property will be asked to move to a designated smoking spot. Smoking inside any guest room will result in a $250, non-refundable cleaning fee.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at Los Arboles. A pet cleaning fee of $250 will apply to any rooms where pets have stayed.

Fire Safety: Immediately call 911 in the event of any fire related emergency.

Protecting Your Valuables: We suggest you do not leave any valuables (cash, jewelry, travelers checks, etc.) in your room. Los Arboles cannot assume responsibility for stolen articles.

Security: Guest safety and security are of the utmost importance to the staff and management of Los Arboles. Please make sure to keep your door securely locked at all times whether you are in the room or not. Do not open your door to anyone you do not know or recognize. If you see any suspicious person or activity, please contact the front desk or call 911 immediately.

Swimming Pool Hours: 7:00am to 11:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised children will be asked to exit the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. Please use caution at all times. Outside food and beverage are not allowed poolside at any time. Guests with outside food and beverage at the pool will be asked to move their food and beverage to their rooms. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND POOL. For guest enjoyment, we provide food and beverage service throughout the entire property.

Guest Room Linens: Please do not use linens and towels for wine spills, make-up removal or other heavy cleaning. All guest rooms are provided with make-up removal wipes (additional wipes avaialbe upon request). If you have a spill we can provide you with cleaning assistance. There will a $25 charge for excessively dirty or make-up stained linens and towels.

Housekeeping: Extra blankets, pillows, towels, ironing boards are available. Contact the front desk to have these items delivered to your room.
