History of Los Arboles Hotel

Rich in Old California hospitality traditions and Palm Springs history,
Los Arboles was built in or around 1937 and originally served an Old Hollywood clientele here in the Movie Colony neighborhood before the property was renamed “Indian Manor” in the mid 1950’s.  Indian Manor was a filming location for several motion pictures in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s before closing its doors in  the 1990’s.

Owners Felipe and Lisbet Castaneda have carefully restored the resort to its former glory and opened their second “El Mirasol Cocina Mexicana” here at
Los Arboles adding a new level of service to the resort.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us Los Arboles Hotel Palm Springs. We welcome the opportunity to share with you the things we love about the  desert!
